Return Eligibility
Due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) policy, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Refunds
As our store operates on Cash on Delivery, we currently do not offer monetary refunds. However, if your return is approved due to damage or defect:

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
